Just to keep things on topic... somewhat... I hope the relicing of the patch is not something that shall be pursued upon further reconsideration of it's implications.

Clearly part of the advanced attrition system! A feature not a bug. A feature featuring bugs. I'll go download that patch now I think... *coughs*
