If you want to set something up - set something up. 90% of what you see on these forums are a direct result of individual members having an idea and going with it.

Start a thread with an appropriate title, clearly post your idea, what your goal is, what you would like people to do, include whatever rules you think are reasonable, (make it all brief, easy to read and to understand), and then see what kind of feedback you get.

You might get ten hits, you might get two hundred. You never know...
