The mod can be found on the Europa Barbarorum website (https://www.europabarbarorum.com/). Don't forget to download the latest patch, which seriously speeds up the game and solves an immense number of bugs, and the temporary fix for the Cyprus port-bug (https://forums.totalwar.org/vb/showthread.php?t=62273).
