0.7.4 Triumph issues (maybe?)

I still can't seem to get acclaimed Imperator despite battles like this:

This seems to have carried over for me from 0.7.3 so the edit to the traits txt might not have effected my game. I think Vibius Publius Dexion Macedonius deserves his triumph - am I able to just use the console to make him an Imperator?

well, he wasn't even outnumbered, and it was a general against a captain after all... so no, I personally don't think he deserves the Imperator trait yet... it would devalue it.

I can't get triumphs either. Infact, I've never got one.

They're almost impossible.
