Yes indeed the new and improved FCC (Federal Communication for Christiananity ... j/k) have determined that 2 words and some actions are morally corrupt for the nation (what use to be the USA) and have descrimanetly fined those they find liberal accordingly.

CBS, was fined $3.6 billion - for the Janis Jackson thingy (wardrobe failure) at the Superbowl [that led to the new superpowers of the FCC], to the use of the "S" word on a late night show, a show that insinuated teen sex (not show just insinuate), and that CBS out ranks FOX in the ratings (sorta j/k - one of the new heads of the FCC is from FOX).

They fined PBS as well, for showing a Blues documentary by Scorcese (sp) that used the "S" and bleeped out the "F" word. Also, they did a documentary on Iraq that allowed soldiers comments to go unedited (as in "the Prez'es head is up his ass").

Now, I'm pretty sure these clowns have heard of the First amendment, but I am equally sure that they believe they can now define it - after all their party owns 2 houses, the big house, and has redefined the judicial (what could go wrong? - aside from Americans waking up to what is happening?). Seems the pattern under our present administration; ignoring the purpose of the Constitution and its amendments - the Bill of Rights has never meant much to Republicans (not since Ike).

So, why not press it to the press and go after complete sensorship? Well, that is actually on the "agenda". The FCC now wants to expand its new rules to cover satellite TV (HBO, etc) and satellite radio, they also want to be able to monitor the .net that uses "visual communications, verbal interaction, or that may influence other FCC monitored channels. SAY WHAT?

Yet another challenge to the first amendment. Then on to defeating the 4th amendment, the 5th and by all means lets bring back prohibition (like what we now have against MJ).

Sorry, but the FCC under its present administration has determined who is good and who is bad. FOX has not been fined once - even though the "S" word and "B" words are use frequently.

So, what we now have is a new agenda. That being, force all noncompliant medias to fall inline with the "agenda" of the true free media that agrees with the agenda - or be fined (increadible amounts, that can only be contested in the FCC's courts - cute, eh?). How to do it? Why simply by fining the bejesus outta the harlots that think they have the right to use free speech or approach any subject (beside Oprah that is - whom we all know is the god on earth, aside from Billy - she did the same material on teens) and actually use the truth versus the Bush administrations selected "what we like".

Granted this is more than a bit of a rant. However, it is the truth. Truth is, the more freedom allowed ... the more freedom there is. Don't believe me? Ask the Chinese. Don't ask Cheney or Bush ("we want war, because we want peace" ... say what?), or the FCC.

We need to burn down the FCC Office, America claims to be the land of the free, but we're the only western nation, aside from Cuba, that has Government Censored Media...what a bunch of ******* Bull ****!!!
