Black water

I downloaded the total realism mod and started a campaign. i fought one battle on the battle map and once the battle ended and i returned to the campaign map all the water on the map turned black. i uninstalled and reinstalled rtw and finally got it back to normal. what would cause this. i also remembered this happened when i tried to play Barbarian invasion.

Well, personally i think it is to do with memory, as on my PC it has never happened. However, on my laptop (which has significantly less peformance) it happens quite frequently.

This used to happen to me but after I turned off fow it was fixed. Another way to fix it is to minimize the game and then pull it back up and let it reload. That usually turns the water back to blue.

I set my video options -> terrain to "high" instead of "lowest" and haven't had the problem since. It happened to me in EB.
