Been wondering if there's a possibility to edit the respawn value of the rebel faction. I just think it's ridiculous that whenever i turn my back a rebel army spawns and makes my cities rebel and generally unhappy. I know that you can edit it in basic RTW and i tried the same thing as i did in RTW, but i couldn't start a new campaign, it immediately switched me back to one of the submenus.
