The Pontus faction was the last faction to fall to my Brutii troops. It was the first time a fought them since owning RTW. Their Eastern Infantry and Hillmen are not special...but their cavalry are. Missile troops who have a good melee as well. Their general, especially if a faction leader or heir was the most powerful unit on the battlefield. A great opponent earning my respect.

I vote for them respectfully.

Decent archers/cavalry, well-varied infantry such as axeman and a killer phalanx at town level, not to mention deadly specialists like the bezerkers and night raiders, the Germans are truly a force to be reckoned with. I believe they deserve it over the Romans.
