My mind is boggled by the variety of absolutely amazing-looking mods, but... I have RTW Gold, which comes patched above the 1.2 that most mods require. Are there ANY mods that I can use?? Please? :help:

Yes, you can play Extended Greek mod for RTW. Its a great mod.
Or there is my mod Terrae Expugnandae, link in sig, or SPQR 6.0 or Darth Mod7.

Or theres;
Rebel Commander allows the player to play as any of the emergent factions (Romano-British, Slavs, Ostrogoths, Western Roman Rebels & Eastern Roman Rebels) which are not normally available to be played. Instead of modding the game to set-up these factions at the beginning, it allows the player to take control of these factions when they actually appear in the game - emerging after certain events or dates as in the vanilla game.

Anything that's listed as working for 1.5/1.6 should work with RTW Gold.
Oh, and discussion of mods lives in Mod Discussion. Moved from the Forge.

Problem is, Oaty doesn't keep the list up-to-date anymore.
@Immanuel - The First Triumvirate is built for v1.5. If you're interested in Caesar and/or playing in the late Republic, you might want to give it a try. Plus it doesn't mess up your RTW installation by overwriting files.

Oh yes, I should have mentioned the Modding News Roundup (https://forums.totalwar.org/vb/showthread.php?t=63297). That lists mods by version - links to previous issues are at the bottom of the first post.
