unusual CTD 7.4

ok, im playing Romans and i think this is my third turn in the game so i just started, i decided to save the game and quit. (wanted to play Custom battle) so i save the game and press Quit. It loads for a sec and instant CTD, i dont know what the problem is. Help will be appreciated :wall:

We experienced that once or twice. A CTD upon exiting. Never figured out what it was, and it happened so rarely, that since it crashed upon exiting the campaign, we didn't worry much about it. I don't even think we have the slightest clue why the game would crash upon quitting. Any ideas?

It happened to me all the time on the first day i installed 7.4, but once i turned off my PC and played the next day it stopped.
