Event...

So ive dusted off Medieval Total War and was looking through the provinces and If i remember correctly isnt there some "event" in which both the khazar and crimea get added new resources and become like Uber rich? I'm pretty sure this happened to me once but I cant remember. And if it does anyone know when around this happens?
I think after this event Khazar has like 5 trade resources!

It's a long time since I played MTW but I and a few others put this spreadsheet together:

Khazar starts off with 3 trade goods and gains another 2 in 1367.
Crimea starts off with 1 trade good and gets 1 more in 1367.
