How do i? (add another faction above 21)

Can i add a new faction to RTW, ive heard that you there can only be 21 or 22 factins. If you can how?

You cannot have more than 21 factions - one of those factions must be the slave faction.

yeh, unfortunately it is hardcoded to 20 factions + Rebels but i think that for MTW2 there could be a limit of 30 instead which sounds promising...
