Rtw 1.2

I'm having problems with the 1.2 patch. Every time I try to run the patch it says "This application has failed to start because MSS32.DLL was not found." I have reinstalled RTW three different times and I've installed the 1.2 patch from three different sites and it still displays that message. So what do you do. I've never had any patches or mods in the game before.

1) Does RTW 1.0 load, or is it strictly a problem with v1.2?

2) Do you have MSS32.DLL? It should be right there in your RTW main folder. If not, do a search for that file name and see if it's being installed someplace else. Sometimes people move the game directory (or use a copy), and RTW will install the patch where it THINKS the game should be, not where it is.
