New map, settlements, religion, horde....

Idea is to make mod that will be only Romans playable and map will consist Galia Cisalpina, Noricum, Pannonia, Dalmatia. It will be put around when Teodosius was an emperor till coming of Slaves max. Concept is still in progress. It will reflect historical situation as much as possible...

Plan out your mod. Use this link https://forums.totalwar.org/vb/showthread.php?t=35969

Then post it on Totalwarcentre or rome total war heaven (not .org as you hardly get people interested) and wait and see who wants to help.

Thats very negative of you... Marcus, I suggest you do post a thread in the Forge at the .org. It certainly can't hurt as we do have a lot of members visiting our modding forums and it will increase the public viewing of you're ideas.

How can you justify this statement? Tbh, I think you're trying too hard, sometimes the harder you try to impress an audience, the easier they tire of the performance. People here at the ORG have tried to give you advice for everything you've requested; if I were you, I would seriously consider listening to the advice of others before making false accusations.
