- Why can't I build a Type 2 government(though I think I should be able to build in Milan) in Mediolanum? I can only build Type3s and Type4s.

- Gaius Aurelius Cotta(one of the original 4 family members) has won battle, after battle, after battle(literally). And out of at least 20 battles, only 2 of them weren't heroic victories, they were clear victories. Yet he hasn't earned a single Triumph, though he has the trait that goes with subjugating Athens and conquering Corinth. He has the National Hero and the Conqueror traits. But I don't see anything that says that he earned Triumph. Or did I miss it, just how do Triumphs work, -exactly-?

- For some reason, all of my cities in Illyria/Greek Peninsula that aren't governed by a family member have huge corruption. With Demetrias alone costing me 817 a round for that. Is there something I can do about this?

I think that you need to earn the trait vanquisher of (whatever faction it is) as well as conqueror of .... before you can be awarded imperator, just keep whoping whatever faction got you the conqueror trait.

It is one of the many recruitments problems. It has been reported before, but it wasn't fixed to prevent save-game incompatability with 0.73a.

Have a look in the Traits & Ancillaries FAQ (https://forums.totalwar.org/vb/showthread.php?t=58620).

Officially, I know nothing, but if you pay me 817 Mnai I may be able to arrange something :deal: .

There is little you can do about corruption, except for moving your capital city closer. BTW, I didn't know corruption could be modded.
