I am not really sure what you are asking for. Do you want information about the people who created this site? Or are you looking for programs to create a site? In the former case, this page (http://www.totalwar.org/site/information.shtml) may give you some information (though it terribly out of date). If the latter is true, you are on the wrong site, as this is about the Total War series, but perhaps some members are able to help.
