I don't think I can't not buy it. I have them all since Shogun. But I'm glad they're expanding upon the Eastern part of the world a little more.

Unless it's priced outrageously, I'm pretty sure I'll be buying it. Looks like a nice twist on the standard, and a new and bigger map from CA is certainly welcome. Why weep when you still have more worlds to conquer?

New map? A mod can do that. New units? A mod can do that. New factions? A mod can do that. What are the new features?

Well, there's the voice acting from Brian Blessed, suggesting a bit more of an immersive (we hope) shell wrapped around the campaign than the average user mod. And we can also hope that it's been run through enough QA testing that it plays fairly smoothly out of the box.

Doesn't bother me, I'll buy it anyway. In exactly the same way that I bought the Star Wars box set even though Phantom Menace stunk badly. I just like to have the complete set. :shame: Pathetic I know, but it's only a few quid man, nothing to get too upset about. I regularly waste more than the price of a new game in a night at the pub, and I've got nothing to show for it the next day except a hangover.
At least this way I'm using the hard drive space I've already paid for. ~;)

ill check it out...though im not totally aroused or sumthing.
Well I don't even have BI so I probably won't get Alexander. I'll get BI maybe when it goes to the bargain bin as I only want it to be able to play RTR 7.0.

Its pointless unless they either expand the ability of what can be modded, add REAL features, or improve the AI. Otherwise its just a glorified mod. That is a pretty harsh assesment i'll admit but thats how I see it.

I haven't played, but I like the fact they have made a new map. Hopefully they'll have lots of settlements to take. That is, if I can get my computer to work...
I'm on a laptop of mine now.
