Well actually it was me, but I was wrong.

Let's get back to Hirsi Ali. It all started with a documentory made by Zembla, an extreme leftist propaganda program that pointed out some facts that were allready known (which wasn't mentioned in the documentory, whorenalists fair and balanced and so very independent yaya), leaving minister Verdonk no choise but applying the law. The fact that Zembla is responsible for an 'immigrant' losing it's citizinship is amusing enough on it's own(they didn't ask any questions with the hand me a tissue program '26.000 faces' which was a cryfest about 26.000 soon to be deported illegal immigrants, of which one turned out to be a war criminal), and certainly not what they wanted to happen. What they wanted was Rita to bend the rules so the multiculti-vultures could close in in rightfull indignation mode, tough luck mia muca's, Verdonk rocks.

Now let's get back a little further, to Theo van Gogh who was euthanised by Mohammed B. He was a member of the 'Hofstadgroep', a group of young boomski's of which one wanted to blow up the parlement and a nuclair plant, not very nice guys and fairly unbalanced. Of course they liked it that Hirsi was stripped of her citizinship because of Zembla, and to show their admiration they personally went to the Zembla staff to deliver some flowers and some chocolates. In the Netherlands we say 'a flower says more then a thousands words', so very true.

So its true she was stripped off her citizenship?

I thought it would be political suicide to strip a parliament member off his/her citizenship. I'll just wait and see how this developes.

She got it back, our PM forced Verdonk to give it back, so the responsibility rests with him. Actually it would have been political suicide to not strip her of her citizenship because of the hardball politics Verdonk plays when it comes to rules, even if they are a member of the government, Verdonk has shown that she makes no exceptions which is a good thing. It was nothing more then juridical bs btw, because she gave a false name she never got citizinship under her real name and thus never aquired it.
