2 rebell armies are always in Italy

Well, this mod is wonderful.

But I have a problem with rebell armies: I´m playing as Rome and there are always two rebel armies in central or north Italy. Always when I´m destroying one of these armies, after a while, a new army is poping up from nowhere. A bit frustrating to destroy them and soon a new rebel army is there again and again...

But thats the only critisism of this mod. Its a masterpiece.

Yes you and almost everyone else. One can't controll rebels in 1.2 as annoying as they are.

Yes, but one or two turns later a new rebel army and that always?

I average about 1 every 2nd turn in 20 provinces, there were more in the beginning. Since troops come without experience i keep new units to fight rebels before sending them to the meat grinder in greece
