Lay and Skilling found guilty of conspiracy and fraud. Here's hoping they spend the rest of their lives in a 8x4 cell with Bubba (although we know that's not going to happen).

This is one of those times when I wish we could bring back the old fashioned stocks and pillories and lock these two in the town square for a couple of days. Have everyone who lost their savings because of these executives greed get a chance to throw rotten tomatoes (or worse).
Also shows that while the American legal system may be slow, it generally gets it right in the end.

And, both still proclaim their innocents. Hope the judge gives 'em the max and sends them to Quentin or AtticA and not one of the glorified whitecolor vacation resorts.
Imagine cashing in your stocks while telling your employees to buy! The Dicks.

Can anyone think of a reason this guy didn’t leave the country?
I wouldn’t have done what he did in the first place but had I, I would have been gone!

Ya, what the hell? He could have bought a nice chunk of Africa/Central/South America and lived by the beach.
Maybe he's not too smart.

It's from Father Ted. Ted is sent to the Island because, as he says, the money was just resting in his account.
