I download a free programme from the web - Irfanview. It requires no learning and is very easy to use (just open file, then "save as" jpg). It's also good for viewing your files and resizing them for posting here (cut to 75% size, please).

Irfan view is the best, easiest to use-free program out there.

Just open the image with irfranview... click save as.... and select save as Jpeg

Also try out Xnview. IMO it's the best due to its browsing capability. It also imports 400 file types (see features) and read the Guestbook for other user testimonials. :)

I take loads of pictures from my games. I have tried different programmes but found problems. I have reverted to a long winded means via MSPaint that i have used for years. I dont use the tgas files at all.

I do go to my tgas folder regulary and delete the masses of big files that RTW is creating.

Seems a bit stranage to me that you cannot specify in RTW how (format) or where the screenshots are stored.

First of all this should probably be in the tech or mod section, but i am no moderator so i dont really care. Can't you just paste it in Paint and then save it as a JPEG file? At least that is how i get my pics on the site.
