That guy has been a corrupt standout of Congress for a decade now, with no one belieivng the obvious because trheres no "proof." Until you get a video or recording of people doing the actual deed, there is no such thing as "proof." He's like the Ted Kennedy of the right, he gets reelected because he takes REALLY good care of his voting constituents, yet the harm he does to his party and his nation is ungaugable. All of those guys be damned.

I think there may be some assuming going on here, especially about what Delay does and doesn't know about Colbert, and how serious they really think he is.
