It’s the 1st but I cant find it I have been on the .com and the saga website but that just sent me to Amazon.co.uk anybody know what’s going on.

Your info is out of date, the current release date is the 15th and can be seen here: http://www.sega-europe.com/en/GamesIndex.htm
My suggestion would be to check this page again at a later point to see whether the release date gets changed again closer to the 15th.
