I was curious if anyone had any links to any sites that give free rules for American Civil War wargaming rules that deal with division sized units.

There is the old Across Five Aprils. Not exactly free but they're not selling it for much if you can find it. I had some good fights there, expecially when me and some buddies used every single counter in the game on the Gettysburg map.
