i play Europa Barbarorum v.074 and found some trouble...

well i've been playing with the romans, and as a good roman that i am, soon i've attacked carthage... i play in H/VH im in 198BC still no reforms, and getting bruised by carthage... the problem is that i've come up with a bug that doubles enemy armies...the thing is, in 211BC i crushed them at syracusae(i got Sieged) thing is, i killed their army inside my walls, got medium/heavy casualtys and of the enemy army only a few (119 out of 2500) ran, i was radiant it was a battle to remember, the trouble was when i got back to the campaign map, not only was i still under siege, o had suffered the heavy casualties from the battle, but the enemy army was still there with all its units and soldiers, as if there had not been a fight... now Carthage is already sieging capua, and the same thing happened in all the cities they sieged...there is no way i can win such fights against unlimited hordes...help!!!! :help:

BTW in so many battles against the carthaginians i notice a glitch in their armored horses...their necks(the horse's) don't conect to the body, and can be easily seen floating on front of the body..i'll post pics later..

i can at least confirm that glitch of the armored horses ...
playin romans myself, but have not been sieged yet.

i've got one more bug that i forgot to report earlier..

it's about the missiles/pila/javelins...stragely enemy units have an unlimited supply of them...wich they use every now and then..i mean, the throw their javelins but, after that keep throwing more at me..the same goes to pila using units..who go about it everytime they can...it's not realistic, not fair, and certainly a bug...i mean my units spend their thrown weapons and that's it...the ohter guys keep doing it up till i kill them all... it's strange..and annoying...

hm... i had a battle a few minutes ago....
now as you say that... i was wondering where they had all those javelins from ^^

I don't think enemy factions have unlimited missles. Every unit has a set number of missles whether they are played by the human or by the AI.

I am always annoyed too when the A.I. still has missiles when I've long spent mine, but it isn't because it has more of them. If you watch the A.I.'s behaviour during battle you will notice three things: 1) The A.I. spends a lot of time running its skirmishers back and forth without firing, even when they are being pelted with missiles; 2) it has a tendency to charge its units before they have spent all their ammo; and 3) when do fire it is not always with the entire unit.

All this adds up to a far slower rate of missile expenditure. It does not have more missiles; it just does longer with the ones it has.

However, I have no idea what causes the siege bug.
