I dont know where to post this so I have put it in here for a start. Please move it to the correct forum if it is not this one.

Do we have a switch to change factions while playing a game.
(In MTW -ian allowed for switching between factions during game play.)

A list "should" be in the modification section, the exact one I'm not sure.

You can find a list with console commands in this zip-file (http://www.totalwar.org/Downloads/Rtw_Uploads/RTWupload/BI_docs.zip) from JeromeGrasdyke. There should be one for the faction switch. You can open the console on the campaign map by pressing the ~ button.

ShadesWolf;

To the very best of my understanding, the old 'properties line switches' don't work except for a couple, which at the second I'm at a loss for.

See included https://forums.totalwar.org/vb/showthread.php?t=26511
for a taste of what M:tw had.

If you can get far enough back into the archieves, Mr. Grasdyke does indeed discuss the whole thing, and why many of these were not optimised from M:TW for R:TW.

Seems to have something to do with the 'engine' rebuild for 3d, sure....:wall:

FYI : ' ~ ' is called a 'tilde'.

As a hint, I suggest you search out anything you can find for M:TW mods, dev notes; as what I 'think' your looking for were the various bug/debug commands the designers of M:TW used while perfecting that version.

Wes Whitaker's site: http://wes.apolyton.net/ could be a good start, vis commands.

Hope some of this helps, eh?
