In an effort to compile all visual information available on Medieval II: Total War I have collected the links to all videos and screenshots in this thread. I hope this will prove interesting for new members. If I have overlooked anything, feel free to let me know.
Videos
1) Official Trailers
The first official trailer is available in high resolution (http://www.totalwar.com/asset_library/Videos/Hi_Resolution/video_mtw2_gamepreview.mov) and low resolution (http://www.totalwar.com/asset_library/Videos/Low_Resolution/video_mtw2_gamepreview.mov). This video features an English city assaulted by Turks and Timurids and mainly shows the animations and the improved graphical engine. (It can also be found at GameTrailers (http://www.gametrailers.com/gamepage.php?fs=1&id=2767).) A second trailer featuring the English fighting the French and Turks, can be found here (http://www.totalwar.com/asset_library/Videos/video_mtw2_gamepreview.mov).
A trailer has been released through GameArena (http://www.gamearena.com.au/files/details/html/medieval-2-total-war-gc-2006-trailer) (members only) and 3D Gamers (http://www.3dgamers.com/dlselect/games/medieval2/medieval_ii_total_war.wmv.html).
Mostly recycled material, but also includes a short shot of the Aztecs in a fight (thanks blacksmoke).

(I am quite sure I missed a few download locations. Feel free to point them out to me.)
Also in the same series there is an interview with Ian Roxborough on InsideGamer (http://www.insidegamer.nl/pc/medievaliitotalwar/videos/944/).
3) Gamespot (http://www.gamespot.com/pc/strategy/medieval2totalwar/media.html) videos
One of the largest collection, available in various resolutions, but sadly the high-res versions are available only to registered members. The first part of the agent series is also available for download at GameShell (http://www.gamershell.com/download_14925.shtml) and 3D Gamers (http://www.3dgamers.com/dlselect/games/medieval2/medieval2_clips-hi.zip.html) in high res. Also three other movies of agents in action are available at 3D Gamers (http://www.3dgamers.com/dlselect/games/medieval2/medieval2_clips2.zip.html) as well. (Strangely, I don't always get these movies to work, but Todorp has provided links to their download locations in this post (https://forums.totalwar.org/vb/showthread.php?p=1230184#post1230184).)
