This one made me wish that CA includes dark gloomy skies, especially where historical such as England. And it would be especially nice to see that gloom actually have an effect on lighting of units (to dim them), but I am probably dreaming.

I like your picture, but I don't like the fact that one can see that you have just copy-pasted your images. I know, that is what a wallpaper is all about, but if you look at your Gothic knight, you can see some edges that betray that you took it from a different screenshot.

I like your idea and I like your screen, but it would be better if you could fix the edges. :)

Let me give you a few details:

There is one principal winner. They get the prize. There is also a "CA's favorite" possition (who are picked by CA) and a "Special Mention" list.

All the desktops which we think are of outstanding quality will get a special mention, and those people will get an award badge under their avatar.

Remember, the competition may be over, but that doesn't mean you are banned from posting more desktops. I hope it's enjoyable enough that we can continue and unofficial competition with no winners. A bit like a "beat the person above you" game :smile:

Hi all! I'm new here and I learned just yesterday from the total war site about the competiton. They announce it at the total war site just the day before yesterday!

Here is my first contribution. It took me 7 hours of work to make it and I want to hope that you will like it.

You could announce it or close this thread it all! ANd to the main page also but you still say that the competion is open and total war.com says too!
