How do i do this

I want to change two things in preferablly 1.0 but 1.5 is ok.

1. Change chariot generals into normal horsemen generals for britions.

2. Allow the barbarians like spain and thrace to use stone for walls.

3. Add night battles.

If anyone can help me that'd be great.
