This line exists in vanilla, but now in 1.5, it is the text that is showing up (constantly) when no client kingdoms are being established. I just signed a ceasefire with a faction and on the next turn the message popped up as "Diplomatic Information". There is definitely no client kingdom here. On this same turn it lists another two factions this way also. But they are now at peace - there is no war or alliance or client kingdom.
Has this been a problem in 1.2 and I just didn't notice it? Was this message changed with 1.5 and I'm missing that part? Should I just change the message to something like "these factions have declared a cease fire"?
