Well really 99 percent of my posts are more than 4 minutes apart and for members and above I believe the minimum time is 30 seconds.

I can't remember if junior members have an extra limit but I believe it is 2 minutes from last I remember but could have been bumped up to 4 mins.

Anyways it's all for the upkeep of the boards. So if you want that 30 second timer back, follow the rules. Also theres a 3 letter abbreviation in your post that's inaprpriate.
