Making the special factions in BI playable

I was wondering, is it possible to somehow make the special factions that show up in the game playable? I am talking about the Roman Eastern Rebels, Roman Western Rebels, Ostrogoths, Romano-British, and Slavs.

Well, you can DL professor's mod to make the Romano-British playable (And maybe the Slavs).. Not sure about the others though.

You'd be better off using ER's all factions playable mod, it's more up to date, plus lets you play as Slavs and rebels and all that. There are a few minor issues though, especially with the Roman rebel factions, but it's good and easy to install. My mod hasn't been updated for v1.6, so probably best to avoid it for now. I'm not sure exactly where Richard's mod is available to download. There should be a list of finished mods in one of the other RTW boards here.
