There is a way to play an MP campaign game for R:TW, but the battles will have to be autoresolved. For M:TW you can try a PBM campaign with the -ian command line, but expect quirky diplomacy when you try that.

wy is this such a problem if u look imperially glory or lords of the ring 2 or close combat IV tay have the same concept main map movements and rts battels its a combine of turn base and rts that means if u will put a multi ply campaign in it coop or plyer vs plyer it will be TOTAL WAR put a save option in it and u can ply meany battels onely the TOTAL war will be won on the main map meany days later or montes and if u dont like the micro mange mend u can put a option for auto resolve battels or industry
