Righto, I don't remember my password for the Org. The only way I can log in is because my browser is set to remember it. But it doesn't do that on my new computer. So I tried the "reset password" option (on the new computer) and nothing happened/I didn't get an email.

Is Kukri (or anyone who can help me out) around? :help:

You use firefox right? It should be in Tools/options/privacy/passwords/view saved passwords.

What a useful feature! I never knew about that!

Sadly, however, it won't show the one from the Org. Weird, especially since I log in fine (automatically, that is).

The Spartan - I tried the "I forgot my password" thing with my new PC, and I haven't gotten an email.

Yeah that's weird. vBulletin passwords apparently aren't displayed as text, though they do appear in the encrypted file.

Maybe try *scratch that, don't think that will work-edit*

Gotta know the old password to change it. Can you copy from the login password box, or does it not let you?

I don't think copying passwords works. You'll probably have to get an admin to change it to '1234' or something.

For future reference:

https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/2848/

Firefox extension which allows you to transfer your passwords between computers easily.
