How do I transfer units from Alexander to RTW?

My assumption is that it'd be like adding any other unit - you'd just need to transfer the model and the skin, and then edit the various text files, tutorials for which are probably lurking around here.

I don't have Alexander yet, so I'm assuming that the animations, skeletons, coding etc. are all basically the same as RTW. This is logical because its easier for CA, although its possible they may have made them deliberately incompatible so that people would have to actually buy Alexander instead of just transferring the files from someone else's copy. Someone who has Alexander can check that fairly quickly and let you know.
