Mod that gives correct descriptions and map info

I guess this is the best forum for this question. I was wondering, is there a mod for RTW and/or BI that gives the extra playable factions without descriptions a historical discription? Also, is there a mod that gives these factions a correct map graphic when you select the faction in the main menu? Thanks for any help.
