The EB Public Group

Could some one please explain what the EB public group actually is and what joining it actually means you have to do.
I found it one day while looking thorugh public groups and I wanted to join, but had no idea what is was signing up to. For all I knew I could have ended up signing up for a job on the team. Huh please could somebody expalin what joining up entails.

That is for EB members MJ. It is how we get access to "EBH" - the EB Hidden forum, where all the work goes on. *All* EB members will have EB in the little box at the bottom right in their profile page. Non members who click it will just be ignored or denied. :grin:

As for EBH, it is huge and bewildering. In some respects a number of parts are out of date, but it's hard to get folks to do thread management and updating when they'd rather be actually modding. Every one of us is guilty of that. It takes new members a little time to get up to speed on everything, but that's reasonable I suppose.
