That`s the voice of the narrator in the historical battles in vainilla...
Go and check, I might be wrong, but that may be the prologue to the Teutoburger Wald battle...

i was never a great fan of the Historical ones..i much prefer the ones of my campaigns...

That's the voice of the centurion, Marcus, the battle advisor for the Romans in the unmodded version of the game.

Yeah it is Marcus's Voice.
EDIT: Though that one at the end.... hmmm, I know it is Victoria.... but?

no he means Marcus's has a different speech not heard anywhere before.
maybe the actor made that replay!
thats just edited tracks of the voices, haven been clipped and taped together. notice the music is modded as well.

the music if memory serves me, is present in the vanilla version..i think it plays in the end, can say for sure but i hear it once when i ended the game as the iberians..

I KNOW its Marcus, why did it take you guys so long to find that out.
Thank you for clarifying my point.
Try starting a game in vanilla, sending a one unit army against a full stack, and then see if you hear those same voices?

Don't forget to increase Advice to as high as it goes though. I normally have it off, so I don't hear these little soundbites. :(
