im gonna do the tutorial (for fun) play 3 quick battles, some historical battles, start a HRE campaign, conquer France, Britain Scotland, Wales, Spain and Italy and for the first time (for me) join a CRUSADE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

oh yeah and unlock all the factions.
(maybe i can play the Aztecs)

I find it most enjoyable to play a game where the computer beats me. So I am hoping the first thing that will happen is that after playing my first game for a few hours I will lose because the computer will be improved over RTW.

yes its exciting to have the computer do some damage, and even more exciting to see AI defeat you...
Its quite dull just expanding without ever loosing a battle or a city... (which i do all the time)

I am going to see if it actually works, play the tutorial, then maybe try a few battles with the english vs scottish, then the scottish vs english :-) . Then do the grand campaign as the english, unlock scots and start a new one as scots. Then kick arse.

first i look at the multiply options.... after i beat the grand campaign i will then wait for expansion or mod and hope there will be better multiply options and then i will battle with my friend i hoop multi ply campaign :dizzy2:

Basiclly the same with me, then go either north into the HRE or south into Spain. But then again that tutoral looks quite fun.

I quite want to play as the French because apparetly their armies are made up of heavy cavalry. The brits look appealing as once they control brit isles it sumin like 7 or 8 settlement theyll have. I wanna c if i can unlock the aztecs somehow but im not quite sure how it would work as they wont have the naval power to get to europe to theyll just b on the defensive

I dont think you could even play as the Aztecs even after modding as they only emerge after a certan time period(im guessing late game).

But dont quote me on it i know absulutlly nothing about modding.

2) Swear when it tells me my DirectX is out of date for some reason when it actually isnt.

3) Play a historical battle to see how it runs.

4) Swear louder when it runs like a three legged dog walking through syrup.

5) Buy a new PC.

6) Swear again (possibly even use same words) when it tells me once again that my DirectX is out of date, and would I like to install it even though the one on the disc is older then the one I know i have.

7) Repeat step 3

8) Repeat step 4 only more loudly. And in French.

Well as the tutorial appears to be the Norman conquest of 1066 then i think it is the perfect prequal and will be worth trying at least once... Especially if you are into the English for your first campaign...

If the Demo is the entire thing we've seen of the Norman conquest of England, i'll probably skip right to the Grand Campaign. I might unlock the unlockables, but i don;t think i can get myself to take the time for it
