Unknown event string faction_defeated_by_player

Installed clean RTW 1.0, 1.2 zip patch, EB v.72 & EB v.74.
Problem is a script error, data/descr_event_images.txt, at line 623, column 1.

Your EB download was probobly corrupted during the download process, you'll need to delete the old ones, and download them again, you may need to use a download manager. Here's some more info, from another thread where someone was having the same problem.

I had this problem on a reinstall, I just re-reinstalled and it worked fine. I did not need to download the EB files again.

Did you just re-install EB?

I reinstalled the whole thing: RTW 1.0, 1.2 patch; EB 0.7.2, EB 0.7.4.
