First of all; Hello people.

I decided to start playing rome again and I stumbled across this mod, looking very interessting. So I decided to install it and it works somehow. I just figured out that the year doesn't change after I finnish the rounds, it doesn't even turn winter. Why is that so.
Oh and for the info, i have the newest patch and I play the roman campaign.

Thx for aud.

first you need to activate the script for this mod, by clicking once in a province of yours, then the advisor will pop out, and do what he say, by click in the show me how button...
in EB an year takes 4 turns, instead of the 2 turns in vanilla version=) making the game slower, and the fact that the buildings also take time to build makes your civilizations progress go slower...some ppl don't like it, but most do...

Oh that sounds good for me, since rome was pogressing to fast in my opinion. Thanks for the fast answer.

Another question please. Is there an event that makes an civil war possible? Just out of interesst.

i don't belong to the EB team, although i played it a bit too much, and even moded it, but i've never seen a civil war, nor do i know of one...i do know that in 77 or something the spartacus revolt breaks out...but the civil war, i think i heard of rumors that it would be possible with 0.8....or was it with other 1.5 mods..can't remember, but either way, if through scripts is possible, than you can expect it...stay tunned, and enjoy 0.74 while the 0.8 doesn't come out...

No. It is possible to add loyalty as an attribute of generals in R:TW 1.3/1.5 and BI, though, but the EB team has decided not to make use of this. The reason for this is that for every splinter faction they have to drop an existing faction. The R:TR team will include splinter factions in their next release, though.

No they don't have to drop an existing faction! Whats wrong with having a general rebel and join the Eleutheroi?

Nothing, except that it causes a CTD when a faction is destroyed.
