change city name

For someone it could be ridiculous question, but I don't know the answer. Ad rem. I would like to change city name. I have already changed it in descr_regions.txt and in descr_regions_and_settlement_name_lookup.txt, but I haven't seen effect. What did I do wrong? When made I mistake?

You didn't, but as well as descr_regions you need also to change the name in:
/data/text/imperial_campaign_regions_and_settlement_names.txt

Pretty much all the text you see on screen is controlled in data/text/

I have to tell you all:) I made a map to my own mod bat I made a mistake - I gave the same name to two cities. I madet what you advised, but the effect is - two cities with the same name again:( but this time - second name) What ist going on?
