About year jump mod

I know that bi year jump mod is for rtw bi. It says for editing it some rules have to be satisfied such as a faction named sassanaids. So i cant use it in chivalry tw, troy tw etc am i right. Is there any year jump mod which can be used for all other major modifcations.Or plz tell me what to do. I am beginner in this plz

Year jump only works with a mod with an emergent faction (and therefore only works with BI). It works by changing control to a faction that hasn't emerged yet and then swapping back on a specific date.
