Why should i buy MTW2?
i already played #1, why not make STW 2. IMHO it was the best game i
ever played.

Will it use the same game engine as RTW?

Will we be able to play the campain in MP?
If I could do that i would buy the game without asking my first question

Well you've already played STW#1 as well, haven't you?

And it seems to me that if it was the best game ever made, why bother to make a second version of it? Seems unlikely they'd hit the magic a second time round, doesn't it?

IMO Shogun wasn't half the game MTW was. Every faction was the same, there wasn't nearly the variety of tactics and cultural flavor.

Well wake up!
YES it ues the same engine but it has a HUGE upgrade. there so much extra options that i could scribe a few pages of it!
METW2 is with AI, supirior to shogun.
Why not make a remake of ME2TW? ASK CA.
MTW were the factions the same:
HELLO?? STILL THERE??? this is NOT a graphic upgrade op ME2TW. Dint you everplayed roe or somthing. Well, Me2TW has evrything good from all the 3 games.
Movies, pricesses, Ai, GRAPHICS. And all are upgraded.

Well Viking being the diehard Total war fan that I am, I will buy the game. If you played Rome and liked it you will definately like the new game, it is an improved RTW engine i hear, not a whole new one. Things I really like about it is the individuality of all the units, and the new combat animation is awesome. They gave the units a real parrying feel and finishing feel, im sure the battles upclose now will look really realistic. Another thing I like is CA really seems to be paying attention to the fan database, personally I think CA's developers and conception artists should roam these boards as much as i do :laugh4:, but if you did like shogun they are bringing back the assasination videos which was probably my favorite part about shogun so there ya go ~:cheers: ~:cheers: -CoS
