Maybe here it isnt the right place for question this, but Whats the library?For why i cant post in the library?

It's a relic from when the forums had a thread limit. The moderators pruned threads daily to prevent the limit from being exceeded, but useful threads were saved in the library. It's rarely used now, but there is a huge amount of basic and advanced info in there.
