I've recently purchased Flash 8.0 professional...

I'm looking for an absolute noob guide to Flash 8.0

Use the tutorials that come with the product. They are geared toward beginners and very good.

After you get the basics down, try Pixel2Life (http://www.pixel2life.com). Tons of tutorials.

Seems like there's no easy way...sigh ~:(.

Also I want to include CuteNews (php) into my pages...I've found a site which explains how, but to understand the explanation it seems I've got to understand Flash first :laugh4:.

www.flashkit.com should have a bunch of tuts on Flash.

I see you are faster than me about learning Flash, Mithrandir. I need to learn it to get a better paid job here.

But Action Script is a MUST, if you want to get the full out of Flash.
