Getting online multiplayer for Shogun Gold edition.

Shogun Gold Edition has had the option to play online removed from its multiplayer menu. You can play on LAN and thats it. This isn't that surprising since there is no "official" server anymore. But it means I can't use the fakeserver. Does anyone have any ideas?? Multiplayer is why I wanted the game.:help:

yeh the eras edition. I had Shogun a while ago and lost it, so it seemed like a good opportunity.

Concerning your problem with the Gold edition there's hope.
barocca, our forum's admin found it out a while ago.

Unfortunately he didn't post his solution plus he hasn't been online for weeks being busy with real life.
I'd suggest that you send barocca a PM describing your problem. In the meantime I'll contact him via email and alert him of the situation.
We'll get this fixed.
