Hi, I just joined and need help with MTW

I have this problem with my MTW game. I have reinstalled the game several times, but every time i try to start a new campaign, the thing shuts down. It starts the loading sequence, but after the load bar is finished, i gat a second bar right above the normal one then it sends me to the pause/exit menu. I can play the quick battles and the historical battles but it just won't let me begin a new campaign. I have talked to the activision value support people but the only thing they did was check my drivers and then tell me they were okay and contact sega. It is driving me nuts. any help is appreciated. my email is offense77@yahoo.com

I don't belive i do, i remember downloading a patch, or trying to a long time ago, i don't see any folders in the file for any mods.

This sounds suspiciously like the nVidia driver problem. What kind of video card do you have?

Edit2-> Going offline for the weekend, but if you do have an nVidia video card, try to change your anti-aliasing settings. See posts #7 or 11 from this thread:

Northnovas found this solution for nVidia's newer drivers. He suggests setting AAx2, some have set it to AAx4 and had success.

Yeah, NVidia cards are problematic with MTW.
