Is it just me or do the other factions (controlled by computer) have the ability to create many units at the same time and build many buildings at the same time. (What I am trying to say is that my neighbours seem to have many units even though i killed off twenty [yes I am a mean man] units and still their garisons are respectable and they can through many more men at me):furious3: :help:

The AI cheats heavily in the campaign game, I think they get cheaper units and faster build times for starters, don't know what else they're getting.

That is true, and especailly true on higher difficulty levels. It makes them last just a little bit longer, but if you have destroyed that many of their men, they still have to pay for more and provide population so you should win.

:/

I started an Imperial Campaign on very hard last winter and made it just that little bit extra harder for myself by eliminating the senate early on. I'm not doing that bad, but Brutiis economy is much much much much better than mine (did I say it is better?). He sends wave after wave of urban cohorts at me. Of course Scipii is allied with him and also a nightmare.

Work on your navy and blockade every port in Greece.

Bye-bye, economy.

Blockading Greece would be nasty: that is my economy. Nasty detail to add to my woes: those city rebel every now and then and a strong Julii army takes over my cities.

I have a mighty fleet and control the sea. I'm blocking every enemy port, but it seems not to dent his cashflow. Brutii controls the entire middle east.
