That's actually a recut of a fake trailer from "The Last Action Hero". This one wasn't bad- but I thought it was funnier in the original movie... with lines like this:

I actually kinda liked the movie- it was alot of Arnold poking fun at his own roles.

That was part of "The Last Action Hero" as Xiahou stated, I've seen that movie at least wtice, and therefore even though this is funny, it's old.
